“Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.” -- Jer 30:10.
God has scattered the tribes of Israel throughout the nations. Their racial identity has been lost. God has done this to protect them and allow them to become as “the stars of heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore.” – Gen. 22:17.
In the gathering time, “…after Judah and Israel are scattered among the Gentile nations, and assimilated by them – after they have lost their racial identity – then as Christians, not as Jews, He is to gather them from the four corners of the earth and to bring them to their own land.” – 1TG15:9.1. He will bring the tribes back together, as Christians, and give them their inheritance. This is the fulfillment of the Covenant Promise. (See TR8:8-20; 2TG21:5,6; 1TG37:11,12; 1TG5:7; 2TG4:14; 2TG21:6.)

God will gather Israel, “and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.” In Isa. 49:6 we are told, “It is a light thing that thou shouldest be My servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and restore the preserved of Israel.” This servant represents the “Vanguard.” Part of their calling is “to raise up the tribes of Jacob,” the 144,000 – 12,000 out of each tribe of Israel. (1TG46:3-6) It is through the Truth brought by these servants that God will bring back His “scattered flock” and give them back their identity and inheritance.
The “Vanguard” is further seen in John 10:2 as “the shepherd of the sheep” “that entereth in by the door.” They are the ones “who gain entrance through the Door and to whom ‘the porter’ (the one through whom the Spirit of Prophecy is manifested) opens,” they “are the authorized shepherds whose voices God’s sheep hear.” – 1TG2:20.1. The shepherds and sheep will all be brought in through one “door” into “one fold” by “one shepherd.” – John 10:16; Eph. 4:4-6.

The twelve gates into the city are based on the 12 sons of Jacob. They are: Northward – Reuben, Judah and Levi; East – Joseph, Benjamin and Dan; South – Simeon, Issachar and Zebulun; West – Gad, Asher and Naphtali. Ezk. 48:31-35; Rev. 21:12, 13.
The twelve tribes of the 144,000 are Juda, Reuben, Aser, Nepthalim, Manasses, Simeon, Levi, Issacher, Zabulon, Joseph and Benjamin. Dan is not included in this group but is replaced by Joseph’s sons tribe Manasses. (2SR76.0; Rev. 7:5-8.)
The New Division of the Promised Land (See drawing on 2TG42:38) is, from North to South: Dan, Asher, Naphtali, Manasseh, Ephraim, Reuben, Judah, (Holy Portion or Oblation - From East to West: Prince with Sanctuary, City and Suburbs in center; Priests; Levites with Sanctuary), Benjamin, Simeon, Issachar, Zebulun and Gad. Ezk. 48. All tribes are included in the inheritance. Joseph receives “two portions” as seen by Manasses and Ephraim. – Ezk 47:13.
From the above we can see that there are only 12 gates into the city. All people will go in through their appointed gates, including those who are adopted. Manasses and Ephraim do not have their own gates. They will go in through Joseph’s gate.
God will through the “Vanguard” gather the tribes of Israel. (1TG46:3-5) The “Vanguard" consists of the “one shepherd” or “porter,” and his helpers, the shepherds. (See 1TG14:21; GCS34; 2TG1; 2TG43:24) “There is to be One fold, One Shepherd, One Lord, One Truth to embrace, One salvation to accept, One road to travel, One gate to pass through, One train to take, and One time to depart, One Heaven to enter, One people, and One holy family. There can be no other way!” – 2SR266.0. This is “the door” that all the tribes and adoptees must pass through. They will then be divided, or designated, into their tribes and later go in through the “twelve gates” where they will inherit their section of the Promised Land. Ezk. 47:13-23; Ezk. 48. They will then again be “one fold” and “one stick.” Ezk. 37:15-28.
“For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond or free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Gal. 3:26-29.
“Christ recognized no virtue in lineage. He taught that spiritual connection supersedes all natural connection. The Jews claimed to have descended from Abraham; but by failing to do the works of Abraham, they proved that they were not his true children. Only those who prove themselves to be spiritually in harmony with Abraham by obeying the voice of God, are reckoned of true descent…” – COL268.2.
There is “no virtue in lineage.” “Spiritual connection supersedes all natural connection.” “Only those who prove themselves to be spiritually in harmony with Abraham by obeying the voice of God, are reckoned of true descent…” It is not by our blood lineage that we will be children of Abraham, “and heirs according to the promise.” It is by believing in Christ, “the Way, the Truth, and the Life” (John 14:6), and “obeying the voice of God.” Yes, God has kept track of our lineage and many of those He gathers, including the 144,000, will be of “the lost tribes of Israel, and the apostolic Christian Jews.” (2TG21:6; TR8:7-11) The people will not be gathered by their lineage. God will bring His people back together by the Truth as it is in Christ. Through obeying the Truth they will receive their inheritance, whether they are lineal descendants of the tribes or adoptees.

If we do not find our inheritance through lineage we must find it in a different way. Before Jacob died he called his sons and Joseph’s sons together to tell them what should befall them “in the last days.” (Gen. 49; PP234-237) These blessings, along with each child’s name, describe the characteristics, or propensities, of each tribe and are applicable “in the last days.” In Deuteronomy 33, Moses further blesses the tribes and reveals more of their character traits. These traits can be found in the Bible throughout the generations of Israel.
Jacob’s twelve sons had four different mothers. Leah had 6 sons. Rachel had 2 sons. Bilhah, Rachel’s maid, had 2 sons. Zilpah, Leah’s maid, had 2 sons. From this one father and 4 mothers came 12 children with 12 different characters, the fathers of the 12 tribes. This type shows that you can be a full blood brother to someone and still be of a different tribe. This type is for us “in the last days.”
We could all say that we believe we have this and that character trait and therefore we must belong to this or that tribe. Of course we would all flatter ourselves and would want to be from the tribes with greatest blessings and rewards. This would not be a fair way to determine tribal heritage. God is a God of order and He must have a clear plan. How then can we determine our tribal heritage and the gate that we should go through?
Joseph dreamed that “the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance” to him. (Gen. 37:9) The sun represented his father, the moon represented his mother and the eleven stars represented his brothers. (TR5:51) The 12 stars representing the 12 tribes is also illustrated by the woman in Rev. 12:1 with 12 stars on her crown. These 12 stars represent the “government” of God or his Church. (2SR75,76,79,80; TR15:70)
It is not by coincidence that there are 12 major constellations. The 12 constellations represent the 12 tribes. These constellations are also known as the signs of the Zodiac. The early Israelites used the personalities of the 12 sons of Jacob as the key to understanding the powers inherent in the constellations of the Zodiac. They understood that the alignment of the planets and stars at the time of someone’s birth has an effect on determining their character and personality.
The characteristics of people born under each of the 12 signs of the Zodiac has been studied for thousands of years. The characteristics and traits of people born under specific Zodiac signs can be traced to the characteristics and traits of specific tribes. This is due to the fact of the alignment of the planets and stars having an effect in determining ones character, or propensities, just as the moon has an effect in determining the tide.
Astrology is a science, a study of people. A correct use of astrology is not witchcraft or a mystery. Astrology was once a part of the study of astronomy. Man has separated the two. It is through Astrology and the 12 signs of the zodiac that you will understand your heritage and therefore which gate you will enter. It is not by your lineage, but by the day you were born and which constellation the earth was passing through at that time. (This is known as your birth sign or sun sign.)

“Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and the stars for a light by night, WHICH DIVIDETH THE SEA WHEN THE WAVES THEREOF ROAR; the Lord of hosts is His name: if those ordinances depart from before me, saith the Lord, THEN THE SEED OF ISRAEL SHALL CEASE FROM BEING A NATION BEFORE ME FOREVER.” – Jer. 31:35, 36.
God preserves “the seed of Israel” through the ordinances of the sun, moon, and stars. If these ordinances depart from before the Lord, “then the seed of Israel shall cease from being a nation” before Him forever. This is true in at least three ways. 1) Symbolically - if the ordinances of the sun, moon, and stars represent the true Church of God, and if the true Church of God ceases to exist, then the seed will also cease to exist. 2) Literally - if the ordinances of the sun, moon and stars cease to exist, all life would cease to exist. 3) Literally and symbolically - if the ordinances of the sun, moon and stars cease to exist, there would be no way to keep track of who belongs to what tribe and the seed of Israel would cease to be a nation as there would be no way to discover their heritage.
God uses the ordinances of the sun, moon, and stars to “divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar.” This shows that when the “sea” (flood of people teaching false doctrines – without inspiration) starts coming up against the Truth in an aggressive way (the sea roaring), that the ordinances of the sun, moon, and stars (the Truth from the True Church) will divide the sea, this is a separation which allows God's people to “go through on dry ground.” (1TG37:1)
The sun, moon, and stars not only represent the True Church but the Truth of how the seed is preserved. It is through the ordinances of the sun, moon and stars that God preserves the seed of Israel. He preserves the seed through the knowledge of astrology and the relating of the tribes to the signs of the Zodiac. This very truth will cause a separation of the fish from the net into the vessels.
The only way to assign the correct tribe
to the correct constellation would be by order of birth, from oldest to
youngest. During the time of the development of Scripture, Taurus was in
what is called the Ascendant House Constellation. This made Taurus the
“oldest” of the zodiac signs. We will now list the Tribes, or sons, in
order from oldest to youngest, with their corresponding constellation.
You will enter the Kingdom through the tribal gate that corresponds with
your birth date.

(Note: Ephraim and Manassah are not on the list. They are sons of Joseph and will go in through his gate.)
You can now look in the Bible under Genesis 49 and Deuteronomy 33 for the characteristics of your tribe.

Through belief in Christ and His Truth we are made the sons of Abraham. Our tribal heritage is determined by our character under our birth (sun) sign. This allows for easy adoption of those who are not true Israelites, as they will have the characteristics of the tribe they are adopted into.
“WILL GENTILES INHERIT THE KINGDOM?
“Question No. 71: Is spiritual Israel made up of Gentiles? Am I right in saying that the relationship of the Gentiles to Israel is that of adoption?
“Answer: There is to be but one family tree in the Kingdom, the tree of Jacob, into which the Gentiles are grafted, as is seen from Romans 11.
“This is further shown by the holy city wherein is no Gentile gate, but each of whose twelve gates bears one of the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. Hence, the Gentiles are saved through adoption--grafted into the original olive tree, and thus as naturalized citizens of Israel they inherit the Kingdom.” -- 3AB76.
“And it shall come to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel: they shall have an inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel. And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger sojourneth, there shall ye give him his inheritance, saith the Lord God.” – Ezk. 47:22, 23.

“The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, Make straight in the desert a highway for our God.” – Isa. 40:3.
“As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you: And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out from the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, And I will bring you into the WILDERNESS of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face. Like as I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you saith the Lord GOD. And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the BOND OF THE COVENANT. And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall NOT enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.” – Ezk 20:34-38. (See Hosea 2:14,15)
God gathers his people “out from the countries wherein” He has scattered them and brings them into “the wilderness.” There He pleads with them “face to face” and causes them “to pass under the rod” to bring them into “the bond of the covenant.”
The wilderness is not the vineyard (Kingdom). God’s people are brought into the wilderness BEFORE they are taken to the vineyard. The wilderness is represented as a place outside of Egypt where God brings His people so that they may be removed from the Egyptian (worldly) influence. (2SR170.1)
It is in the wilderness, away from the vineyard, that God pleads with His people. It is in the wilderness that His people are “to pass under the rod.” It is in the wilderness that God will bring His people into the “bond of the covenant” – confirm their inheritance. This all takes place before God purges out the rebels.
“And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even whatsoever PASSETH UNDER THE ROD, the tenth shall be holy unto the Lord.” – Lev. 27:32. “To determine the Lord’s part, the tithe, the Lord’s lambs, goats, or sheep were made to pass under the rod. Each tenth was then taken and set aside for the Lord. The statement of Ezekiel twenty, verse thirty-seven, ‘to pass under the rod,’ therefore, means to separate His very elect from among the multitude, from among the ‘tares,’ (Matt. 13:30) or from among the ‘bad fish’ (Matt. 13:47,48). And being thus SEPARATED they are COUNTED. So it is thus that the 144,000 are a SEPARATE and NUMBERED company…When God causes His people to thus pass under the rod, He will then bring them into the bond of ‘the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac; and hath confirmed the same to Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant, saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Cannan, the lot of your inheritance.’ 1 Chron. 16:16-18” – 2TG1:7,8.
This separation is not the slaughter of Ezk. 9. This separation takes place prior to the slaughter. It is the separating of the fish into vessels -- the binding, or sealing, of the wheat into bundles for the heavenly garner. It is the measuring (numbering) of the “temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.” – Rev. 11:1. (See “The Four Winds and the Harvest” chart.)
“Since after the separation of the unconverted from among God's true people, the church (then comprised of the 144,000, the first fruits of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel) is to emerge into a theocratic government, inevitably, then, the ‘VESSELS’ REPRESENT the COMPONENT units, THE TRIBES, into which the redeemed are gathered SEVERALLY, while the ‘BARN’ REPRESENTS the COMPOSITE unit, the KINGDOM, into which they are gathered COLLECTIVELY. And this great gathering, selective, absolute, and final, as it is, only goes to show again that the birth of the kingdom is absolutely dependent upon the purification of the church.” – TR8:93.1
“I saw the rapidity with which this delusion was spreading. A train of cars was shown me, going with the speed of lightning. The angel bade me look carefully. I fixed my eyes upon the train. It seemed that the WHOLE WORLD was on board, that there could NOT BE ONE LEFT. Said the angel, ‘They are binding in bundles ready to burn.’ Then he showed me the CONDUCTOR, who APPEARED like a STATELY, FAIR PERSON, whom ALL the PASSENGERS LOOKED UP TO AND REVERENCED. I was perplexed and asked my attending angel who it was. He said, ‘It is SATAN. He is the conductor in the FORM OF AN ANGEL OF LIGHT. He has TAKEN THE WORLD CAPTIVE. They are given over to strong delusions, to believe a lie, that they may be damned. This agent, the next highest in order to him, is the engineer, and other of his agents are employed in different offices as he may need them, and they are all going with lightning speed to perdition.’ [“…and all the world wondered after the beast.” – Rev. 13:3]
“I asked the angel if there were NONE LEFT. He bade me look in an OPPOSITE DIRECTION, and I saw a LITTLE COMPANY traveling a NARROW PATHWAY. All seemed to be firmly UNITED, BOUND together by the TRUTH, in BUNDLES, or COMPANIES. Said the angel, ‘The THIRD ANGEL is BINDING, or SEALING, them in BUNDLES for the heavenly garner.’ This little company looked careworn, as if they had passed through severe trials and conflicts. And it appeared as if the sun had just risen from behind a cloud and shone upon their countenances, causing them to look triumphant, as if their victories were nearly won.” EW88-89.
It is in the wilderness that God’s people will be separated into vessels or bundles – their tribes. It is in the wilderness that they will be given the rights to their inheritance – be brought into the bond of the covenant. This begins before the slaughter of Ezk. 9.
At the time the separation begins, there
will only be a “little company” – the Vanguard. It is through this “little
company” that God will start the Harvest. This “little company” is the
“wave sheaf” that must be offered before the harvest can be gathered.
The three wise men “studied the indications of Providence in nature.” “The light of God is ever shining amid the darkness of heathenism. As these magi studied the starry heavens, and sought to fathom the mystery hidden in their BRIGHT PATHS, they beheld the glory of their Creator. Seeking clearer knowledge, they turned to the Hebrew scriptures. In their own land were treasured prophetic writings that predicted the coming of a divine teacher.” (DA59)
From their study of the stars these three magi were the first to know of the Saviours birth. They saw the “sign” in the stars. The stars only revealed that some event was about to take place. They studied the prophecies in order to find out what the event was. These men were unlike the Israelites in that they were not prejudice to God’s leading them in whatever form He chooses.
When Christ was born the three Wise Men asked the Israelites in the temple, “Where is he that is born King of the Jews? For we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.” – Matt. 2:2. The “supposed” holy men of Israel did not see the signs of Christ’s birth. The priests were too busy “rehearsing traditions.” (DA61) “…The report of the angels' visit to the shepherds had been brought to Jerusalem, but the rabbis had treated it as unworthy of their notice. They themselves might have found Jesus, and might have been ready to lead the magi to his birthplace; but instead of this, the wise men came to call their attention to the birth of the messiah…These learned teachers would not stoop to be instructed by those whom they termed heathen. It could not be, they said, that God had passed them by, to communicate with ignorant shepherds or uncircumcised Gentiles. They determined to show their contempt for the reports that were exciting King Herod and all Jerusalem. They would not even go to Bethlehem to see whether these things were so. And they led the people to regard the interest in Jesus as a fanatical excitement. Here began the rejection of Christ by the priests and rabbis.” (DA62, 63)
How the history of the Jews could have been changed if they had only humbled themselves to listen to the message of the wise men. The Jews knew that they were the depository of God’s oracles. However, what they did not realize, was that God, through the 3 wise men, was trying to make a deposit of Truth and they would not accept it.
To “see whether these things” are “so,” that the characteristics of the tribes fit the characteristics of the Zodiac, you can read “Kabbalistic Astrology – The Sacred Tradition of the Hebrew Sages,” “Chapter Four” by Rabbi Joel C. Dobin, D.D.; “The Cross and Its Shadow,” “Section IX – The Tribes of Israel” by Stephen N. Haskell. You can even use your God given discernment and look on the Internet under www.astrology.com to get a free report on your characteristics. Like all things you must separate the “wheat from the chaff.” If you know your time of birth you can find out your moon sign and your ascendant or rising sign. These will delve deeper into your personality, reflecting characteristics that you may have from other tribes.
1) God has scattered the tribes of Israel and they have lost their racial identity. He will gather them back, as Christians, and give them their inheritance.2) God will use the “Vanguard” to gather, or “raise up the tribes of Jacob,” – the 144,000. The “Vanguard” is represented by the “one shepherd” or “porter,” and his helpers, the “shepherds.”
3) There are 12 gates into the new division of the promised land. Manasses and Ephraim have an inheritance, but no gates. They must enter through Joseph’s Gate. There is one way to the 12 gates and that is through the “door” past “the porter.”
4) We have a part in the inheritance through belief in Christ, “the Truth, the Way, and the Life,” and by “obeying the voice of God.”
5) Our characters will determine which tribe we will be associated with and our inheritance. Our character is determined by the alignment of the planets and stars at the time of our birth. It is through astrology and our “sun sign” that we will understand our heritage and the gate that we will enter.
6) God uses the ordinances of the sun, moon and stars to preserve the “seed of Israel” and to divide “the sea when the waves thereof roar.” God preserves the “seed” through the knowledge of astrology and the relating of the tribes to the signs of the Zodiac. This Truth will cause a separation.
7) The 12 tribes are assigned to the 12 signs of the Zodiac by order of birth, from oldest to youngest. Your date of birth will show you which gate you will enter.
8) Your tribal heritage is determined by your character under your “sun sign.” This allows for easy adoption of those who are not true Israelites, as they will have the characteristics of the tribe they are adopted (grafted) into.
9) God’s people will be taken into “the bond of the covenant,” confirm their tribal inheritance, while they are still in the “wilderness.” It is a separation of the ‘fish’ into ‘vessels’ and the wheat into “bundles for the heavenly garner.” This takes place before the slaughter of Ezk. 9 starts. This separation will start with the “little company,” “the wave sheaf,” the “Vanguard.”
“God used the dead and the living,
the beasts of the field, the birds of the air, the fish of the sea, the
land and water, sun, moon and stars, to reveal His divine plan and sustain
His servants...” -- 2SR12.2
